Website and essential processing
Our public showcase adds no advertising tags or analytics scripts and stores its interactive choices only in the current page. We use technical request information to deliver and secure the service. Protected administration and support can use essential cookies for sign-in, session security and form protection. See our cookie notice.
The website, support database and mailbox run on a GoDaddy VPS in the United States. Cloudflare provides DNS, delivery and security. Our company is based in Cyprus; providers may process technical information internationally, including outside the European Economic Area. Provider handling is also described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy and GoDaddy’s privacy policy.
Support messages
If you contact us, we receive the email address, name if supplied, message content, attachments you send, and technical delivery information. Messages sent to support@logged.ai are received by mail.plugins.shop and imported into our private Logged.ai support desk. Authorized company staff can manage those requests through the shared administration service.
We use these details to respond to your request, keep a record of the conversation and protect the service from abuse. We rely on the need to take requested steps or provide a service, and our legitimate interests in handling enquiries and maintaining a secure service, as applicable. We do not use an enquiry as marketing consent. Automated AI replies are not enabled for this launch.
Plugin data is separate
Logged.ai’s documented development build records supported activity and request findings in your own WordPress environment. Installing it does not give this website access to those records. Its local summaries use rules and templates; cloud AI is not required. Optional email, Slack or webhook alerts use the destinations configured by the site administrator.
That administrator is responsible for deciding what their site collects, who can access it, and its retention and erasure settings. A private export stays where the administrator saves or sends it. Review the exact plugin version’s settings and documentation before enabling optional features.
Retention and choices
We retain company-held support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and associated service, security or legal obligations. Relevant copies may remain in protected backups until their normal rotation. This notice does not claim a fixed automatic deletion period for the shared support system. You can request information about retention or ask for deletion using the contact above.
Your rights and questions
Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact support@logged.ai with enough context to locate the information, without sending unnecessary identification or secrets. For records held only on a WordPress site, contact that site’s administrator.
You may complain to a competent data-protection authority, including the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection. Read the European Commission’s information for individuals.
