1.2.1 · 4 November 2026

A clearer workspace sidebar, optional local Pro discovery and a matched update-manifest correction. WordPress 7.0+ and PHP 8.0+ remain the minimum requirements.

Free, also inherited by Pro

  • Everyday tools are grouped under Workspace; Setup and Settings are under Manage.
  • Compact Pro examples show Scheduled reports, Advanced alerts and Cases & handover. A keyboard-accessible switch hides or restores the examples for the current administrator on the current site.
  • Explore Pro follows the examples. More Plugins opens a local catalogue of the publisher’s other tools, with bundled artwork. Opening it sends no catalogue request and installs nothing.
  • The publisher byline identifies Plugins.shop, with improved wrapping at enlarged text sizes.

Pro

  • Activated Pro shows Pro toolkit and More Plugins without the Free promotion group.
  • Correct the private-update manifest to identify the exact matching Free and Pro 1.2.1 release.

Collection, retention, data formats, licensing terms and disabled-by-default sending are unchanged. Opening a preview or toolkit does not enable an alert or report schedule.

Updating to 1.2.1: back up and check the matching pair on staging. Use WordPress Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin → Replace current with uploaded. Replace Free first, then Pro in a separate upload; keep Free active and do not uninstall either plugin. Free-only sites replace only Free. Get Pro privately from your account. The corrected Pro update manifest identifies the exact matching Free 1.2.1 release; an update offer still needs the normal compatibility, entitlement and archive checks.

Scoped native checks covered PHP 8.0 / WordPress 7.0 and PHP 8.3 / WordPress 7.1.4, with desktop/mobile, right-to-left and keyboard checks. These do not certify every host, browser or extension combination. Check your own installation on staging.

1.2.0 · Launch edition baseline

Routine activity notification emails move to the separate Pro add-on. On-site activity history, filters, CSV/JSON portability and critical security/failure notices remain Free.

Entries below describe the features of their named historical versions.

1.1.8 · 27 October 2026

Updating 1.1.7 or earlier to 1.1.8: back up and check the matching pair on staging, then use WordPress Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin → Replace current with uploaded. Replace Free first, then Pro, in separate upload requests. Keep Free active and do not uninstall either plugin. The older Pro updater cannot install this new pair; use this one-time manual ZIP replacement even if an update is shown. Free-only sites replace only Free. Get Pro privately from your account.

This public pair includes the locally qualified 1.1.6 and 1.1.7 improvements below. WordPress 7.0+ and PHP 8.0+ remain the minimums; Pro requires Free 1.1.8. No schema, licence, permission or default sending policy change.

Free, also inherited by Pro

  • Minimized slug, publication-date, comment and pingback change markers, including native WordPress fallback slugs, with clearer labels.
  • Manual query matching respects the host’s separators and input-variable limits; ambiguous matches are declined.
  • Mail guards stay scoped to their own native WordPress call and verify the final intended message after authorization callbacks.
  • Clearer explanation of the existing three-attempt Free mail policy and possible duplicate delivery after a lost acknowledgement.

Pro

  • Consistent report job and manifest metadata before output, owner-visible cancellation for unavailable reports and fresh selected-row ownership checks.
  • Private-update authority checked before ordinary deactivation, with honest recovery guidance after later failure.
  • Matching-Free helper requirements, deferred translation and bounded admission of future matching Free compatibility profiles. Background automatic installation remains disabled.

Selected native workflows were checked on PHP 8.0–8.5, with current and minimum WordPress lanes. Local fictional-provider and SMTP-sink tests do not establish a real paid-provider, customer-update or inbox journey. Shared-host timing samples are not capacity guarantees; check your own environment on staging.

1.1.7 · local qualification, 27 October 2026

Qualified locally and installed in owner previews; not a separate public release. Included in 1.1.8: clearer mobile navigation, whole status labels, grouped controls, right-to-left case rails, accurate read-only network-case guidance and native language/direction for standalone policy review. No collection, retention, permission or sending-policy change.

1.1.6 · local qualification, 27 October 2026

Qualified locally; not a separate public release. Included in 1.1.8: fresh privacy/retention checks, safe handling of unreadable settings, precise supported WooCommerce price/percentage/fractional-stock and native scheduled-sale changes, observation-only policy recording, equivalent mapped-address filters, corrected personal-export references, verified saved-export contents and right-to-left spacing. No schema migration or licence-policy change.

1.1.5 · 27 October 2026

Updating 0.1.8, 1.1.3 or 1.1.4 to 1.1.5: back up and check the matching pair on staging, then use WordPress Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin → Replace current with uploaded. Replace Free first, then Pro. Keep Free active and do not uninstall either plugin. The older Pro updater expects its previous matching Free version, so the older in-plugin updater cannot install this pair. Use manual ZIP replacement even if an update is shown. Free-only sites replace only Free. Get Pro privately from your account.

PHP 8.0+ and WordPress 7.0+ remain the declared minimums. Pro requires matching Free 1.1.5. No schema, collection, retention, licensing or default sending policy changes.

Free, also inherited by Pro

  • Open supported content, products, orders and exact retained revisions when current permissions allow it.
  • View an item’s retained Activity from supported content/product lists and editors, order editors and Activity itself.
  • Read compact recorded price, stock and order differences, with honest unavailable/redacted values.

Pro

  • Open exact retained event evidence from cases and saved-search results.
  • Follow advanced-alert email and delivery-history references to retained events or cases.
  • Carry current Activity filters into a private, unsaved search form in a separate tab, landing directly at the review form. Saving is explicit; alerts and schedules remain separate actions.

Selected new workflows were exercised on PHP 8.0 / WordPress 7.0 and PHP 8.3 / WordPress 7.1.3, including WooCommerce 11.2.1. PHP 8.0–8.5 syntax checks do not establish a complete runtime compatibility matrix. Test your own host and plugin combination on staging.

1.1.4 · local candidate, 27 October 2026

Qualified locally and installed in owner previews; not a separate public release. Added permission-checked current content titles, native content/product/order links and exact retained accessible revision links. Its changes are included in public 1.1.5. Current navigation context stays separate from stored/exported evidence.

1.1.3 · 27 October 2026

Moving from 0.1.8 to 1.1.3: download the matching pair and use WordPress Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin → Replace current with uploaded. Replace Free first, then Pro. Keep both installed; do not uninstall. The 0.1.8 private updater is tied to its older Free profile, so this release transition needs manual replacement rather than an automatic update offer. Back up and check the pair on staging first. Free-only sites replace only Free.

PHP 8.0+ and WordPress 7.0+ remain the declared minimums. Pro needs the matching Free 1.1.3 and its existing activation rules. This release does not enable alerts or schedules automatically.

Free

  • Move the matched Free/Pro release series from 0.1.8 to 1.1.3; earlier release history and data remain intact.
  • Correct native account-change collection and optional request-date queries, and avoid premature translations during security-plugin startup.
  • Preserve unsaved changes, improve light-theme contrast, focus and invalid-field feedback, and fully remove personal discovery preferences after confirmed delete-all.
  • Recheck alert recipients, current permissions, consent and supporting evidence at the final mail boundary; interrupted or uncertain attempts do not automatically repeat.
  • Retain independent Free logging, fixed email alerts, on-demand exports and privacy controls.

Pro

  • Move the matched Free/Pro release series from 0.1.8 to 1.1.3; use the matching Free 1.1.3 package.
  • Preserve case drafts and handle empty administrative REST bodies without PHP deprecations.
  • Recheck report-notification authority and message contents immediately before mail transport, and explain uncertain delivery without automatically repeating the attempt.
  • Correct daily and weekly report boundaries around daylight-saving midnight changes while preserving previously valid reports and stable period identities.
  • Accept supported distributor-suffixed PHP versions during private update checks without weakening version or archive validation.
  • Preserve the existing first-activation requirement, pre-0.1.8 installation-continuity rules, local data and disabled-by-default sending features.

0.1.8 · 26 October 2026

Free

  • Stop privacy maintenance when its original database connection or mutex ownership is lost; safely release only the original mutex.
  • Retain matched Pro discovery, independent Free tools and the corrected database-backed export storage.

Pro

  • Use bounded WordPress HTTPS for explicit Pro update checks and downloads; remove the updater PHP CLI and process-helper requirements.
  • Keep entitlement, site binding, archive integrity and explicit installation checks.

0.1.7

Free

  • Use consistent Reports & exports and Cases & handover navigation.
  • Explain monitoring problems and export formats, UTC date boundaries and hosting requirements in plain language.
  • Keep sidebar and contextual Pro discovery while removing the duplicate header invitation.

Pro

  • Use consistent Cases & handover navigation and clearer licence actions with optional management details.
  • Preserve activation, licence-slot release, local removal and continued-access behavior.

0.1.6

Free

  • Reconcile the directory-review corrections with current local Pro previews and the matched first-activation add-on.
  • Keep corrected database export storage, local initials, paused unsupported-adapter diagnostics and administrator input handling.
  • Add task-specific previews, personal display preferences and explicit continuation without enabling work.

Pro

  • Reconcile directory-review corrections and edition API 2 with first Pro activation and the matched discovery interface.
  • Require successful initial licence activation for new Pro work; retain earned local access through expiry and temporary service outages.
  • Preserve corrected local data handling, authorized reads, cleanup and explicit disable/cancel controls.

0.1.4

Free

  • Directory-review corrections: complete prepared database queries, early input sanitization, late output escaping, and encrypted database storage for saved exports.
  • Matched companion version for the Pro download-worker fix.

Pro

  • Validate download lengths without requiring an unloaded optional PHP extension in the isolated worker.

0.1.3

Free

  • Companion version for the Pro commercial-transport correction. Free features and data formats are unchanged.

Pro

  • Fix licence response and protected-download handling in the commercial connection. Existing local features are unchanged.

0.1.2

Free

  • WordPress activity history, minimized request findings and scoped filters.
  • Manual temporary response with preview, explicit confirmation, expiry and recovery.
  • Direct CSV/JSON downloads, bounded request context exports and encrypted background jobs.
  • Local initials, validated administrative controls and protected export storage under uploads.
  • Premium import, correlation and automatic-response execution supplied only by the separate Pro add-on.
  • Clear paused diagnostics for unsupported database adapters.

Pro

  • Local investigations, saved searches, private scheduled reports and configured team alerts.
  • Explicitly configured Nginx JSON-lines import, retained-source correlation and automatic temporary response.
  • Edition compatibility checks for the matched Free/Pro pair.
  • Local initials and validated administrative controls supplied by Free.
  • Paused diagnostics for unsupported database adapters; PHP 8.0 compatibility.
  • Existing private manual update integration retained.
