2Set the period

3Configure the repeat

Choose a daily or weekly schedule and, if needed, report-ready email notices. This example creates no schedule.

Background workers generate private reports. An authorized user still needs to open the report; a notice is not the report itself.

Download now

Download a small file directly: up to 1,000 records and 2 MiB. Logged.ai does not save a copy on the server. You do not need to enable saved exports to use this option.

Choose CSV for a spreadsheet, or JSON for structured data to use with other tools.

If the selection is larger, nothing is downloaded. Narrow the dates, or prepare a large export when encryption support is available. Keep downloaded files secure; they cannot be recalled.

Dates use UTC. The start date is included from 00:00; the end date stops before 00:00 and is not included. To include all of 31 October, choose 1 November as the end date. Leave a date blank for no limit on that side.

Prepare large export

For larger selections, prepare an encrypted saved export, then download it here. Saved exports expire after 24 hours. Maximum: 1,000,000 rows and 256 MiB. WordPress background scheduling may be delayed.

Choose CSV for a spreadsheet, or JSON for structured data. Each saved export has an export summary (manifest): a record of the selection, row count, generation time and a data checksum for integrity checks. JSON includes it; CSV has a separate summary download.

Saved exports are encrypted in the database; no export files are written to your website directories.

Hosting requirement

Saved exports require PHP Sodium encryption support. The required functions are available on this server.

Dates use UTC. The start date is included from 00:00; the end date stops before 00:00 and is not included. To include all of 31 October, choose 1 November as the end date. Leave a date blank for no limit on that side.
